Job Role :
– Experience in Data Modelling, Data Warehouse, ETL tools and banking functional knowledge.
– Working alongside teams within the business team to establish business needs and convert them into technical requirements.
– Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
– Ability to analyze large datasets to collect and interpret data.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills as Data Analysts do communicate with the wider business
– An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
– Attention to detail as data analysis and reporting must be precise
– Guide the Development Team on building the required solution
– Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access).
– Strong programming skills in SQL,Python, Pyspark, Spark SQL, MySQL
– Experience in Hadoop eco-system (Hive, HDFS, Pig etc.)
– Familiar with Data storytelling
– ExperienceExposure in dashboarding tools like Qlikview or Tableau preferred.
– Experience in working with agile software development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
– Experience in working with multi location teams will be an added advantage
– Team Player with ability to work independently around tight deadlines and able to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment–
Good to have :
– Data science workflow exposure
– Cloud pipelines (AWS or Google Cloud)
