Data Scientist
6- Month Contract
$25 to $45/hour (varying on skill and experience)
THE COMPANY
Come work for a leader in the human resources software space. You will be joining in on a new data science team to help build marketing data science projects. This role will be a proof of concept for future teams and projects within the company to further invest in data science.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create user journey analytics projects. Track how clients are navigating through the software. Analyze their journey flow.
- Customer analytics – look at what a typically client profile looks like and run retention and risk analytics projects
Skills:
- Advanced Analytics (regression models, decision tree, etc.)
- SQL
- Python
- Alteryx (nice to have)
- Strong communication
