Roles and Responsibilities

• Individual contributor who is competent and can listen effectively to fulfil BU- COE needs on Demand and Supply side.
• Candidate must be able to articulate their thoughts and ideas clearly, present information in a straightforward and logical way.
• Tracking of utilization across BU and COE’s – SPOT , Monthly and YTD.
• Tracking of Demands with respect to aging and reporting back to business teams. Working
  closely with Corp Infra team on RMG Applications Keeping track on skills compliance at BU & COE level Reviewing with management for audits.
• MIS and Reporting, Prepare monthly RMG dashboard for Senior Management, Prepare and
  publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to BU Ops teams”.
