All SAP related activity on real time basis and monthly activity by 5th of every month
Prepare summary of working machines category wise for HO and site PM
Prepare HSD consumption viz a viz lead wise norms and utilization
Prepare daily manpower vs machinery status to HO and Site PM
Prepare and send plants DPR to HO and summary to site PM
Prepare P&M DPR summary for HO and site PM
Prepare Monthly MIS
Prepare production costing, R&M costing/ Laying cost/ transportation cost/ HG rent invoice/ revenue report and its analysis on various component, make wise and machine wise performance comparison on quarterly basis etc.
Completion of all daily/ weekly/ monthly SAP tasks timely
