What You Will Do:
Lead and support day to day development, enhancement, and maintenance of models, as well as strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and user experience products in support of enterprise-wide analytical models and tools.
Lead a team of 2-3 people to develop, maintain, enhance, and deliver models and analytical tools. This is a fast-paced role on a high-performing team with direct client engagement responsibilities. Expected to provide leadership as well as hands-on development support of analytical models and develop an ability to effectively communicate their purpose and value.
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
Bachelor’s Degree
Three (3) or more years’ relevant experience
Possess the project management and organizational skills to effectively manage a team of three professionals while reporting status updates to the project manager and Guidehouse leadership
Possess a technical mindset to quickly learn about current and emerging analytic methodologies and tools
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with data transformation, aggregation and data visualization
Intermediate to advanced Tableau
Intermediate to advanced R
Data collection and analysis
Strong technical aptitude; experience with reporting development and systems integration
Client interfacing and meeting facilitation
