- Leverage Workday to create custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards and scorecardsComplete data analyses in excel in support of various HR functionsAssist with data validations and testing, including semi-annual
- Workday release testingSupport annual HR process by running and/or customizing reports to pull appropriate data
- Develop data automations to reduce manual effort currently required to integrate dataSupport incoming reporting support cases/escalations
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams across the globeIn partnership with the reporting team, responsible for resolving/mitigating various retiring functionality ie replacement of Do not use fields
- Experience/Skills Required:2+ years Workday report writer experience
- Ability to identify correct data sources, objects, and fields to pull data from
- Ability to create custom reports, calculated fields, scorecards, and dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of 3 or more Workday modules across HCM, Payroll, Talent/Performance, Benefits, Recruiting, compensation, Time and AttendanceStrong data analytics and data validation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail; keen ability to prioritize work deliverables as needs evolveExpert-level MS Excel skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Tableau a plus
- Demonstrable knowledge in concepts of Agile would be a plusWorking knowledge of Workday security & report schedulingWork Location/Availability:India Must be available during EST mornings
