Business Reporting Partner with ability to provide and highlight key decision support metrics in an operations delivery environment

Proficient in SQL , ETL Reporting with good understanding of overall Business Intelligence stack.

Strong Knowledge of Tableau or other reporting tool as a Technical lead/architect.

Excellent project management skills along with stakeholder and team management.

Excellent Communication: ability to break down technical language and terms to a diverse audience, ability to clearly document all processes

Ability to understand business metric and KPI requirements and translate these into Dashboards

Good experience as Business Analyst, with exposure to Quality Assurance tools and best practices.

Analytical and mathematical efficiency. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and the ability to build and leverage internal and external alliances

Must be a team player and able to effectively work with teams located in different locations

Ability to work independently and innovatively, as well as collaborate with others
