About The Role:
Designation: Assistant Manager-MIS & Controls
Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and Head of Departments (HODs) to prioritize organization wide KPIs across departments, business segments, geographies, categories etc.
- Develop MIS framework and dashboards across various organizational dimensions using MS Excel, or other BI tools
- Conduct root cause analysis of variations in KPIs
- Lead MIS meetings with leadership and HODs
- Perform analysis and documentation of business, financial and technical SOPs
- Suggest recommendations to improve internal control systems efficiencies and lead implementation of the recommendations
- Develop risk-based internal audit plans and execute with internal and external teams

Skills:
- Proficiency with Data analytics in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly grasp business processes across e-commerce and manufacturing value chain
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills
- Integrity, a willingness to learn and an excellent work ethic
- Experience of ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft etc. will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Preferably with Big4 or fast-growing e-commerce organization in risk advisory/internal audit
- Must have 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: internal audits & controls, budgeting, forecasting, Data Analytics/BI reporting, business process review, process improvements
Qualification:
- CA (First attempt), and/or MBA (Finance or MIS), and/or Cost Accountant (First Attempt) with 3 years of related experience
- Bachelors degree in Management Information System, Accounting, Economics with 5 years of related experience
