Required Skills:

• Someone who has been surprised and humbled about their assumptions of the world when they looked at the real data at some point and has a story to tell.
• Must have good experience in solving/strategizing solutions for hard problems in diverse domains.
• Should have base statistical understanding.
• Comfort with either Excel OR SQL is a must.
• Experience with a scripting language like python or R is a major plus.
• Experience in handling economics of a tech business is a good to have.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Own outcome on one of our core problems ranging from modeling pedagogy to understanding fraud in a video call etc.
• Continuously work with data streams to identify opportunities.
• Strategies and implement the solutions while working with different stakeholders.
• Advocate data-driven decision making as the highest priority with the only exception of value delivered to the end-user.
