Position : Executive/ Sr. Executive – MIS
Work Location: Head Office, Andheri West
Work Days: Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 6 pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
We, at GM Modular, are in search of a candidate for the role of MIS in our GM Team at Head Office, Andheri (W), Mumbai.
Role Description:
- Responsible for carrying out analysis of the business data and trends pertaining to the channel business, and provide recommendations for improvement parameters to be tracked
- Assist with strategic planning and activities required for prospects such as value propositions for strategies and decision making.
- Providing market intelligence report to management.
- Analyse financial parameters like revenue, productivity etc
- Analyse model mix and trends region wise and record every month
- Generate sales forecasts in liaison with the sales teams in the region.
- Compile key information related to our achievements against the targets for Management review.
- Highlight non-performing partners & Major de-growing partners high impact areas
- Design standard operating procedures (SOP) to increase Sales efficiencies and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
- Revenue tracking for all categories of partners in pan India, and comparison with targets set
- Assessing discount pattern for partner
- Assessing scheme and program effectiveness for partners
- Working capital analysis for Distributors & partners.
- Responsible for managing order fulfilment for distribution and channel partners.
- Responsible for ensuring effective Inventory Management by playing a role of catalyst between Manufacturing Operations, Sales Operations and Logistics Operations.
- Additional responsibilities as advised by management.
Skills:
- Experience and exposure to MIS Reports preparation
- Advance Excel, MS office.
