We are hiring for Assistant Manager Analytics who holds extensive experience in L&D domain and hands on experience on managing E-Learning projects. He/ She should effectively use role based scenarios, journey based approach and work seamlessly on storyboards to create E-Learning modules which can optimize online based learning. A Assistant Manager Analytics identifies new opportunities, assesses the learning product performance, and helps develop its long-term strategic plans for future product lines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding and representing the learners needs. Monitoring the market and developing competitive analysis for different learning programs. Defining a vision for a product eg. Learning course and aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product. Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
- Managing the content team comprising Learning Design, Media Design, Learning Management System (LMS), Product and System & Process SME, and Vendor Management teams
- Understanding and guiding preparing storyboards form raw content, guiding the design and flow of eLearning to graphic designers, supervising SCORM designers to create the final e learning package.
- Setting up a platform for content and digital learning for Instructional Design and Course Writing
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gather learning and performance support requirements and present solutions to seek alignment
- Developing a role-based competency framework
- Designing and developing various forms of content, such as ILTs, WBTs, performance support tools, assessments, and blended learning resources
- Designing and delivering learning design solutions based on business needs
Key Skills Required:
- Research and Analysis, strategic planning and positioning the Business for Success.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Should know programming languages – AI, ML, Python, etc
- Experience in working with training vendors and learning partners
- Ability to build, organize and present plans and strategies to Stakeholders.
- Should have worked in an eLearning firm, industry Edtech.
