What will you be doing

• Interact, collaborate and connect with technical, business, and product members as well as external partners to foster bottom-up innovation

• Works with the businesss departmental heads and key stakeholders, in developing business insights and to monitor business growth and health

• Resolve data gaps that impact the fulfillment of the businesss functional requirements.

• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

• Supporting the Data Sciences team in building models systems to predict and influence user behavior

• Experience in creating, collecting, analyzing, and communicating business insights from data.

• Ability to multi-task and work with a diverse set of stakeholders

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in an analytical or technical field; computer science preferred

• Functional Area: Strategy/Analytics team.

• Should come with 1-4 years of experience in data analytics.

• Experience of 1+ years in Data Modelling and techniques of Data Mining.

• Experience of working on metrics such as retention, churn, engagement, LTV, CAC, and market analysis.

• Experience: 1+ years of Data analyst experience in writing queries/creating reports and having driven meaningful outcomes using analytics.

• Sql Databases , Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases like Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL

• Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, Dashboarding (Tableau/ Superset/ Power BI)

• R/ Python knowledge is a plus

• Knowledge of Payment Gateways and Payout Solutions a plus
