We are looking for data scientists responsible for solving business problems like forecasting, segmentation, classification using statistical and data science techniques. The candidate should have experience as a data scientist with extensive experience in analytical modeling and can work independently right from understanding the business problem through the development & deployment of models. Experience in life sciences and health care industry preferred.
Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics
Lead complex analytics and consulting projects for a large US-based medical devices client
Liaison with client and onshore team to understand the complex business problems and define a solution
Build PoVs, help structure POCs, front-end clients, and respond to RFP/RFIs
Interact with the business to identify use cases to be solved
Define end to end solutions for business problems including technology architecture
Lead a team of data scientists in scoping, planning, estimation, scheduling, and delivery
Define SCQ, question tree, and hypothesis matrix to solve any complex business problem
Engage in all aspects of project management: project scoping, planning, estimation, scheduling, resourcing, quality, and delivery
Developing advanced statistical models, machine learning methods (Random Forest, Decision Trees, SVM, NLP, Gradient Boosting, Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Clustering, classification, and regression modeling) & deploying these models
Mentor and coach team members on problem-solving, data science tools and techniques, and manage performance
Performing data analysis by integrating data from different data sources
Understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation

BE/B- Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA
Python, Alteryx, SQL, AWS
Excellent exposure to data science, statistical and modeling techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Client Relationship management: Liaise with client and internal leadership to build lasting relationships leading to seamless delivery of services
Excellent and inspiring team leadership
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
