Role

• Should be able to hand hold warehouse deployments & configure them according to customer requirements
• Manage Customer Scenarios with innovative solutions within the product framework
• Handle data management & configuration
• Support Sales cause with excellent presentations on product ability

Mandatory

• Person with Structured approach with high logical reasoning ability
• Should be able to quickly visualize process flows & optimize them
• Most Important Excellent Communication Skills in English Vocal. Should be a Story Teller & be able to handle highly demanding Customers
• Excellent written skills especially in handling emails, solution documents & presentations to Customers
• Should be flexible to work outside normal working hours if required

Desirable

• Exposure to Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus

Profile

• BTech or Degree Holders with prior experience in ERP implementation/business analysis
• 1-4 Years Experience
