Job Location: Pune, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Mumbai (All Areas)
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Manage and maintain end-to-end data flow, ensuring all data flow is working correctly
- Troubleshoot and update SQL queries in a timely manner to ensure issue-free data flow
- Perform daily monitoring of online marketing campaigns and contact us/connect with an expert requests from our corporate websites.
- Work within the Marketing Automation team to evaluate leads, working to incrementally improve the lead evaluation process
- Work within the Marketing Automation team to track data, from intake in Marketing Cloud all the way through to ensuring a clean sales handoff
- Regularly track and measure number of new leads and engagement across existing and new accounts and make recommendations & take actions for growth.
- Leverage marketing automation, Salesforce.com and other tools as needed to execute and track the success of programs.
- Quality check the leads in SFDC to ensure sales teams are actively working the leads provided
- Collaborate with marketing & sales to understand when a lead is sales ready based on scoring demographic & behavioral factors
- Ensure that the marketing automation & SFDC sync is streamlined & operational at all times and work with Tech as required
- Work to analyze marketing data to determine lead behavior, working to ultimately implement a robust and accurate lead scoring system
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years professional experience running demand generation campaigns and analyzing results
- Experience with managing Salesforce.com and a Marketing Automation Tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eloqua, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required
- Experience managing data within a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and understanding of SQL
- Understanding data flow, with the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills.
