Use machine learning and analytical techniques to create solutions for business problems. Experience in predictive modelling, analysis, Machine Learning and capable of building algorithms from scratch

Proficient in Python coding and machine learning techniques. Data science skills, including supervised and un-supervised, NLP machine learning and statistical analysis. Good working experience on unstructured data

Advance analytical techniques such as Neural network, random forest, gradient boosting, Natural Language Processing and statistical techniques such as OLS, Logistic regression, CHAID, Cluster and other family of algorithms

Ability to mend ways to apply analytical methods to address a business problem

Prepare high impact presentations highlighting project approach, deliverables and benefits

Strong experience in Programming platforms and languages for data science – Python, Jupyter Notebook

Work Experience on large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problem

Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment with regularly changing priorities and developing opportunities.

strong experience in Excel

Good communication skills and ability to build a story around data and present to the clients

Ability to efficiently manipulate datasets identify the hidden insights. Inquisitive mind and willingness to make the difference

Exposure to API building and deployment

Interact with business stakeholders to understand the business problems

Ability to design, develop and assess innovative models to predict performance and improve business operations

Strong team player, with an ability to work in an unstructured environment and a drive to learn new skills and business processes

Foster a self-service data culture; working closely with architects, and technologists to share knowledge, evaluate opportunities and proactively recommend improvements

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients to establish requirements in non-technical language
