Job Location: Chennai
As a Senior Business Analyst for Analytics team within Business Operations supporting the Go-To Market function, you will perform end to end data analysis present insights, create meaningful metrics by working with Senior stakeholders, collaborate with IT team for developing impactful BI applications, for use by the GTM function. This role requires you to work with several functions such as IT, Finance, Legal, HR, InfoSec etc., so having great interpersonal skills is a boon. Your responsibilities would include,
Working closely with stakeholders to help identify business issues enable them with insights from data through application of analytical visualization techniques and recommend scalable solutions
Integrate data from multiple sources systems to form coherent views that would enable complex analysis
Ensure high levels of data quality and accuracy is maintained in the systems, and bring in the necessary process to enable the structure
Effectively managing stakeholder communication on the insights metrics developed, either verbally or in writing
Proactive and persistent in following through and ensuring the solutions / processes are implemented
Qualifications
4 – 7 years of work experience at minimum
Bachelor s degree in statistics, mathematics, or Engineering with relevant experience
Ability to work on data and make key choice based on the business context
Strong knowledge of SQL, and Python
Good exposure to analytical techniques, AI/ML algorithms
Exposure to PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks is a plus
Work experience in internet, software, and SaaS industries is a plus
A strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional dispersed team
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders
