Responsibilities :

• Identify key analytics and data science skills for which training programs are required

• Work to develop strategic learning initiative in line with Fractal s goals

• Develop curricula for learning modules both internally and in collaboration with external vendors

• Create content for learning modules

• Deliver training programs (in some cases)

• Design and administer assessments for technical skills

• Evaluate third-party training content ( g. MOOC courses)

• Lead and enable knowledge-sharing sessions

• Develop and conduct hackathons and other contests for Fractalites

Candidate Profile :

• A passion for teaching and learning

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Practitioner-level expertise in the following is required:

• Machine learning and AI, including deep learning

• Data visualization and BI using at least one tool (Tableau, PowerBI etc.)

• Cloud computing on at least one platform (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a huge plus

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Qualification :

• Masters degree in data science, analytics or related field OR

• Minimum two years hands-on experience in DS, Analytics or related filed

• Technical expertise in data analytics, machine learning or AI.

• Strong passion for learning and teaching

• Experience in learning and development is a strong plus
