Job Detail:
- Possession of a *Bachelor’s Degree. Additional business analysis experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Where experience is substituted for education, documented evidence of that experience must be provided with the proposal response.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on information technology (IT) projects in support of governmental agencies.
- Possession of current *certification in business analysis (i.e. CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CPRE, or other equivalent industry certification).
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working on IT projects where Microsoft Power Platform was utilized. *Respondent must provide copies of certifications listed above with proposal response.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience eliciting, documenting, analyzing, communicating, and verifying requirements.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into solution requirements.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience using business modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
- Minimum of four (4) year of experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing ad hoc reports as required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience updating and maintaining procedures and process documentation.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience monitoring analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts.
