Roles and Responsibilities
– Support the Global Sourcing & Procurement organization with analytics, data-based conclusions, recommendations, and advice.
– Provide reports on defined health and performance indicators within instructed deadlines.
– Develop and continuously improve reporting formats (e.g. tools and metrics).
– Train and provide support for the organization in analytical tools, metrics, and definitions.
– Stay up to date in your subject of expertise.
– Be recognized as the as a specialist within the sourcing and procurement organization.
– Drive improvements relevant to the function
– Be a key player in internal projects within the sourcing and procurement organization.
– Provide analytical support to Global and Regional Supply Chain Management for the TechnipFMC GSP organization (understand the data, understand deviations or mismatch, propose improvements etc.)
– Prepare monthly report according to defined template for dedicated working area focusing on;
- Spend Analysis, including forecasting of Material Receipt, Cost Savings and Synergies
- Supplier performance when it comes to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Performance Metrics for GSP Organization (i.e efficiency rates)
– Collect & analyse data while staying true to organizations vision of Informatics Predictive Causal data analysis. Evolve the maturity of entire Procurement organization and encourage them to utilize data as the basis for driving variety of actions.
– Present and report on agreed performance indicators and objectives and initiate individual and collective actions to improve where needed
– Provide guideline to the GSP community on relevant Metrics / Key Performance Indicators
– Interface with Systems in GSP and Digitalization, to look for improvements of how to present and report performance data for the Organization.

Desired Candidate Profile
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar background.
– 3-10 years experience in Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, preferably with a focus in Procurement or Supply Chain, with knowledge of relevant IT tools and techniques.
– Good Knowledge on SQL
– Strong Knowledge on PowerBI
– Experience in using Python Language for business applications.
– Experienced in mathematical modelling and programming, statistical analysis, optimization, visualizations, machine learning, data mining.
Good problem-solving skills and result oriented.
