Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

• End to End last mile capacity upload process i.e. from headcount data collection to uploading it in system including zonal coordination for the data collection (like availability, additional capacity etc.)
• End to end storage managing for last mile for all the services including regular and grocery
• Monitoring Speed metric daily and make call outs regarding the same along with RCA
• Managing serviceability for last mile
• Interaction with Zonal Ops Planning and Analytics team to resolve queries or issues.
• Publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS. Ensure all the MIS related queries from zones are addressed in a timely manner.
• Collate data for Monthly Asset Review, Management Review and follow-up with stakeholders for timely updation.
• Driving weekly war room with zones and central stakeholder to bridge gaps in the last mile process
