Extensive experience as Salesforce Functional SME in commercial banking and financial services industry with the good understanding of Banking products, services and procedures.

6+ year experience in requirement gathering and business solution in Banking and lending domain.

At least 6+ year experience in Salesforce including Financial Services cloud.

Must have experience of at least 3 salesforce implementation including Sales, Service and financial services cloud implementation as well.

Must have very good knowledge and experience of Salesforce Financial services cloud, community cloud, sales and service cloud.

Must have experience of directly working with customer in gathering requirements and generate business artifacts.

Design / Generate usable & effective wireframes.

Ability to work in agile mode, participate in all agile ceremonies and represent the business function.

Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business communities.

Have worked on Jira and Confluence

Required Qualification:

Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science/BTech/MTech/MCA/Bsc(IT)
