Purpose of the role:

• Collaborating with business owners, stakeholders & other partners to be able to identify data science projects and scope the business problems and the corresponding solutions

• Use suitable Machine Learning techniques such as kNN, SVM, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Liner and Logistic Regression and various deep learning techniques such as DNN, CNN, RNN etc to solve business problems across verticals

• Demonstrate technical leadership by influencing the team on technical decisions and problem-solving approaches

• Work across multi-domain. multi-function, multi-location & multi-culture teams

• Diligently document the various analytics projects Codes Written, Output Delivered, Presentations etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics / data science

• Bachelor or Master s degree in any Quantitative discipline (such as Economics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology / Mathematics / Statistics)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.

• Preferably worked in Big Data environments such as Hadoop, SQL Server etc

• Strong experience in developing, deploying and monitoring large number of models in production environments

• Perform design/code reviews and good Python and R programming skills

• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience using cloud platforms

• Knowledge and experience of working in Automation and Iterative Processes (APIs, Batch Processing, Data Pipeline)

• In-depth understanding and hands on application knowledge of various Machine learning tools and techniques
