Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for young, highly motivated business analyst with a critical thinking mindset to join our Business Transformation Advisory. As a Process Mining Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating, identifying, improving and transforming client data and leveraging insights to identify and develop potential automation opportunities. This is a tremendous opportunity to learn and participate in high-priority initiatives and multi-team collaboration across various business segments within the organization.
- Understand the process mining solution offered by UiPath and its existing capabilities
- Extract, create and transform the existing data into data models which can provide meaningful insights based on event logs
- Analyse the existing models, how the (As-is) processes work, apply process mining techniques and recommend the right solutions
- Support creation of Target Operating Model for the (To-be) processes
- Capable of building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to process improvement, process bottlenecks and ways to digitize opportunities based on client requirements
- Build the analysis according the to use case and support implementation of the next best action for the process improvements
Other key requirements:
- Good understanding of process mining capabilities
- Good understanding and experience in creation of various KPIs used in Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Supply chain Procurement, Telecom and Media is preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience in data model creation is required
- Experience in different components of Process Mining tool such as process analytics, event collection, action engine, out of box templates & transformation center/Orchestrator
- Willingness to learn and implement new technologies to enhance/augment process mining and automation capabilities
- Proficient in problem solving, good critical thinking skills and strong presentation/communication skills
Experience
- Graduation in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or another related field
- Highly advanced Excel skills with Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration preferred
- 2-5 years with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Process Mining/Digital consulting, BI, Data visualization or related fields
- Certification in Process Mining technologies is a plus
- UiPath Process Mining Appone certification
- Celonis Analyst certification
- Certification in RPA technologies is a plus (e.g.: UiPath Certified RPA BA)
