Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & distribute various reports/dashboards on productivity, attendance & other reconciliations for leadership
- •Perform various WFM tool related activities such as user on-boarding, supervisor mapping, work profile creation, business hierarchy, work shifts, admin setting etc
- Maintain proper documentation such as central trackers, program trackers, standard SOP etc. for tool deployed across multiple accounts
- Preferred to have experience on any WFM tool(s) (preferred on ProHance tool)
- Skilled on various automation and Analytical tools (R, Power BI, UI Path, Excel Macros)
- Experience on WFM tools and in-depth knowledge on their features
- Project Management skills are preferred
