We are looking for a procurement analyst to manage sourcing cycle in SAP & Ariba as well be the centralized master data authority for Our company Power. You will be liaising between internal departments and suppliers, as well as driving RFP and auctions through the implemented SAP Ariba solution. You will also be responsible for handling department invoices & ensuring timely payments in addition to managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues in SAP & Ariba system. Should have a fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of master data management in SAP ECC and Ariba systems.
Possess extensive experience in procuring suppliers and in-depth supply chain knowledge, preferably in Our companyable industry. Preference will be given to candidates who are experienced and proficient in working on the Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Ariba Sourcing technology, Ariba Network for Invoice Receipt and invoice processing in SAP ECC. Vendor Onboarding and Management in SAP Ariba:
Review incoming supplier requests for onboarding
Create supplier requests for new supplier
Create supplier registration to send questionnaire to supplier
Trigger supplier qualification for a commodity
To review vendor creation in SAP ECC & for exceptional blockin
Sourcing in Ariba:
Review Purchase requisitions initiated by respective function
Create sourcing projects
Create and publish RFP/RFI/Auction
Edit sourcing projects for any change at later stage
Add team members in the sourcing project
See commercials received from suppliers & initiate approval
Monitor sourcing projects created in Ariba
Invoice Processing:
Tracking, reviewing, and submission of invoices
Investigating slow approvals
Invoice validation received through Ariba Network
Submission of invoices in SAP ECC for processing
Ensure payment and closure of PO
Follow up from finance for payment
Managing vendors requests and queries.
Verifying tax information.
Assisting with past due or denied invoices.
Master Data Management
Manage and monitor the process of vendor master creation and update in SAP ECC, integrated with Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance
Manage and monitor the process of Material master creation and modifications in SAP ECC and integrated data in Ariba Sourcing
Manage and monitor the process of Commodity creation and modification in SAP ECC and Ariba
Provide quality assurance of imported data, commissioning and decommissioning of data sets, error handling in Ariba
Generating reports from single or multiple systems
Providing technical expertise on data storage and data cleansing
Educational Qulaification-
Proficiency in Ariba SLP, Ariba Sourcing & SAP ECC
In-depth business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge
Exceptional negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
