Job Location: Kochi/Cochin
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the team of Data Analysts.
- Gathering requirements from clients, Planning the process and ensuring end to end delivery of analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering Team, Development Team and Analytics Support team to setup the data warehouse and streamline the work flow.
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Guide the team to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Work with the management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Skills Required:
- A high level of mathematical ability.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python.
- Advanced working knowledge and hands on experience in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI/Tableau.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in writing and understanding SQL queries.
- Hands on experience in Data Modelling.
- At least 5 years experience as an Analytics Professional.
- Preferred to have at least 1-2 years experience leading a team of Data Analysts.
- Proficiency and deep understanding of Statistical Techniques for Data Analysis.
- Knowledge and Implementation of web tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience handling the ETL process flow.
- The ability to analyse, model and interpret data.
- Problem-solving skills and a methodical and logical approach.
- Good command in oral and written skills.
