Roles and Responsibilities
To work closely with management and internal clients to provide HR solutions
Help in planning strategic HR initiatives
Maintain internal HR systems and database
Address employees queries
Exploring employee grievances
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Assist management in conflict resolution
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Analytics
Creating Infographics, Visual Dashboards and providing advisory related to Human Capital through detailed analysis and insights.
Partnering with Business and HR to understand requirements and aid them with recommendations backed by data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Freshers can apply)
MBA from a Premier Institute
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with analytical bent of mind
Technical skills:
Data Visualization, Statistical Hypothesis Testing and Market Research
Soft skills: Storyboarding and effective presentation skills
People Analytics: Skilled in HR Analytics, HR Strategy, HR Tools and Processes, HR Policies, Big Data, and HR Reporting.
Projects worked on including the following domains: Recruitment, Learning and Development, Talent management, Compensation and Benefits, and Exit.
