Job Summary
- Serves as a liaison between the business and IT to provide basic solutions to business needs.
- Utilizes understanding of customers’ objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities in order to make sound recommendations and solutions.
Essential Job Functions
- Performs basic impact analysis of business and system changes/enhancements across the organization.
- Conducts application testing to include defect management.
- Acts as a liaison between business and IT team.
- Utilizes understanding of customer objectives, processes, and products in order to make sound recommendations.
- Supports individual or sub project tasks affecting single or multiple business and IT departments.
- Performs quality review checks on project deliverables.
- Supports work request prioritization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years related experience within finance, product, sales, service and/or systems required.

- CO Only: The pay range for this job being performed in CO would be $52,080 – $69,500
