Job Location: Mumbai

· PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

· Working as Design Engineer for international / Domestic Projects.

· Design Pre-treatment (MGF, ACF, IRF, SOF, PRE UF), Post Treatment (RO, EDI system), Distribution loops (PW, WFI, Pure Steam).

· Calculate utility data required for water system & share with other departments like black utilities, Electrical, HVAC.

· Coordination with Sales team for preorder offer submission.

· After confirmation on order coordination with Purchase team for PO release process like ERP entry generation, Forecasting, Indenting & PO Generation.

· Communicate with Project Execution Engineer to help them to complete project.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Piping Engineering

· Introduction to process plant layout and piping design.

· Fundamental of pipe and pipe fitting.

· ASME/ANSI codes and standards.

· Plant layout, Plot plans, Piping layout.

· Piping Isometrics.

· Pipe supports.

· Piping Material and Material Specification

AutoCAD from ATI (Advanced Training Institute)

2D and 3D Design and Drafting sign Pre-treatment (MGF, ACF, IRF, SOF, PRE UF), Post Treatment (RO, EDI system), Distribution loops (PW, WFI, Pure Steam).
