EY GDS is hiring for Technical BA
- 6 to 12 years of Experience
- Effectively communicate with the business teams, various SMEs and gather the requirements.
- Understand and translate business terms to the development and modelling team. Prior experience with Health Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage.
- Should be adaptable and flexible to handle new technologies and different tools that will come along in the project.
- Good understanding and hands on experience in SQL and Oracle database is required. Knowledge of ETL tools will be an advantage and preferred.
- Should be able to write queries, do data reconciliation between systems and analyse the root cause of data differences.
- Perform analysis on reports(SSIS, PowerBI, SSAS, SAS and Excel) and do reverse engineering to trace back the requirements
- Produce technical requirements and business requirements documents.
- Work with a cross functional team in collaborative manner.
- Help the team with redesigning the existing datawarehouse architecture by asking right questions and coming up with suggestions from a business perspective.
