Job Responsibilities
- Work with business to define user groups needed to support business operations
- To troubleshoot performance issues and to promote best practices
- Handle change/incident management requests
- Schedule and automate processes, work with stakeholders to optimize reporting performance
- Engage with BI developers, business analysts, client service teams and technical teams to understand needs for projects to provide BI infrastructure, along with providing consulting, expertise and support
- Adhere to client-side admin processes and checklists to deploy to test, stage/UAT and production environments
- Follow data governance standards, frameworks, templates, naming conventions and adheres to best platform management practices
Minimum Requirements:
- Expertise in Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL Server and Cloud Database platform administration including installation, upgrades, patches, provisioning internal, external users and user groups
- Bachelor’s degree (Post Graduation – Good to have, not mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics role with expertise in Power BI & Qlik Sense
- Highly motivated, strong problem solver, self-starter and fast learner with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and independently
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
