Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a business system analyst to work as a liaison between the client business
stakeholders and engineering team. You will be responsible for working with users at all levels
within the business, identifying and documenting user requirements and producing the relevant
specifications. A successful candidate must be self-motivated, have an inquiring mind and
proactive nature. This candidate must have proven experience influencing and communicating
effectively across all levels of the company, from individual business users to executive
management. He or she should have proven ability to build relationships / partnerships and
work cross-functionally to drive time sensitive deliverables, issues tracking and reporting. We
are looking for someone with the ability to lead a project and who is interested in long term
growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient and experience on project implementation across the SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with developing business and functional requirements
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities by studying current practices; designing
modifications, recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved
procedures.
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements;
forming project team; establishing project budget.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress
reports; recommending actions.
- Ability to drive a project from a simple idea to the finished product.
- Schedule driven and focused on best quality data delivery with a keen eye for detail
- Organized and methodical with good time management skills
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Aptitude to learn and adapt with a creative approach to problem solving in a fast-paced
environment
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
