1. Using data storytelling, visualization and analytical, and communication skills to build insights deliverables including reports and presentations

2. Providing analysis and measurement counsel to client team

3. Translating research requests and questions into requirements for analytics, data science and research teams

4. Distilling complex concepts into easy to understand information

5. Using enterprise productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms and other project management software

6. Demonstrating agility and comfort in working across a variety of digital communications software products, including content management systems, collaboration platforms, social media platforms, with the ability to coach others if needed

7. Understanding the evolving communications and media ecosystem, B2B communications, and analytical techniques

8. Leading analytics and reporting for business segments, digital communications channels, including web (firm intranet), social media, earned media and email

9. Conducting deskside research to analyze the competitive landscape, determine brand perceptions, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable insights

10. Using news monitoring and social monitoring tools such as Talkwalker, Cision, Meltwater and Brandwatch to manage the daily monitoring process

11. Possessing excellent knowledge of MS Excel and BI tools such as PowerBI (Power Automate, DataVerse, Power Apps), Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to build dashboards,

12. Delivering work held to the highest standards of quality and accuracy to support our data integrity

13. Demonstrating agility and comfort in working across a variety of content management systems

14. Exhibiting strong ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels and with impact to audiences at all levels

15. Using business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills

17. Utilizing project management skills to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new priorities
