Job Description:Data Loading:

• Manage the loading, updating, monitoring of bureau and non-bureau data across

both A/NZ within SLA’s and quality standards

• Supporting customers through the test, verification, initial load and ongoing loads

into BAU.

• Lead the implementation of the data ingestion process for new data suppliers.
• Lead the implementation of new data ingestion process for new data sources,

working with the Third Party, Data Acquisition, IT, Data Office.

• Support customers with transformation and validation of their data using various

tools within the business, prior to loading into target database. Interpret data load

results and rejections, providing support where rectification and re-submission is

required

• Monitor and track accuracy, completeness and timeliness of suppliers’ input
• Investigate anomalies of loading results and respond to internal/external customer

queries

• This role is a key point of contact for data suppliers and internal stakeholders, and

the data SME on assigned data ingestion projects

• Quality check outputs to ensure error free delivery of information

Data Analysis:

• Produce reports monitoring the overall quality, quantity and product effectiveness

of data on Equifax’s databases.

• Use data available through various systems to identify data quality issues and

determine best-fit solutions, working with other teams in project prioritization

• Solicit feedback from Data Ingestion Manager, peers and stakeholders

independently to determine best effective approach when putting an analysis

together

• Write SQL queries, create Tableau reports and use various BI Tools to facilitate

data analysis

• Prepare documentation for any development work/analysis, to ensure that an

audit trail is sufficient for a colleague to be able to quality review and/or repeat

your analysis.

• Share learnings openly with teammates and engage stakeholders to solicit

feedback

• Identify areas for improvement and design and implement new processes,

procedures or use of tools/systems that will provide direct benefit to our

customers and the Data Operations team, through greater standardization, speed,

simplicity or automation.

• Lead process improvement initiatives and discussions on opportunities
• Be enthusiastic, optimistic and creative to Business Transformation and Change.

System & Processes:

• Develop a detailed understanding of Equifax databases, data structures and core

data analysis procedures.

• Develop familiarity with Equifax documented project management methodology

and resources

• Adhere to Equifax Data Management and Security processes
• Ensure all process documentation is kept up to date
