Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Roles and and Responsibilities:
- Experience in working on Mobile/Digital applications as a functional business analyst.
- Participate in the Requirements phase and liaise with the business user to gather requirements
- Analyze the requirements and draft the functional specifications document (User stories or Use Case format)
- Analyze and Identify potential gaps in the requirements and communicate with respective stakeholders to resolve the same
- Review test cases prepared by the QA team and do functional testing or Unit testing of the App
- Analyze the changes proposed by the business team and perform necessary impact analysis
- Expertise in handling JIRA (Risk analysis, CR log, Conflict management).
- Good with Agile and waterfall models and associated activities
- Works as an individual and in a team on improvement via knowledge sharing, experience, and other learning channels
Essential & Desirable Skills:
Business analysis skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to details, critical thinking, solution oriented
- Bachelor’s Degree/Masters in Engineering
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst- enterprise platforms / big applications experience in Fintech preferred.
- Project management skills: Ability to see the global picture, identify dependencies and risk,
Stakeholders management & communication, ability to structure necessary changes - Soft skills: Strong command of English and formalization capacity
- Other: Fast learner, team player, independent, ability to handle multiple tasks and functional
topic simultaneously - PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, • Experience in the fintech industry
- Product Control functional knowledge (Accounting/Reg Reporting)
