Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements, create demonstrations to provide proof of concept, and plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost
2. Develop, test, and create manuals with regards to new processes to be designed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM portals)
3. Fulfill roles as a business analyst, developer, business owner, and documentalist
4. Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016 capabilities, functions, and features to clients and prospects
5. Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016
