Req 1 – Client / Python Platform Lead – USA
Define and drive industry best practices for the Client Ops and Python .
Perform incidents analysis routed by help desk across Sage maker, Python, S3, Snowflake .
Security user addition, attend to report failures, refreshing Tableau extracts .
Support code deployment from dev, test to prod .
Support performance monitoring & integration tasks during optimize phase .
Monitor loading jobs, queries and reports for performance breaches & issues .
Weekly reporting of incidents handled, issues, fixes, work arounds
