Overall Responsibility:

• The primary responsibility of this position will be facilitating Project lifecycle in Development & Testing Environments of Oracle EBS.
• The responsibilities cover validating Functional Changes proposed by Business Users, Implementing the approved changes in Controlled Environments and facilitate functional testing of the changes in CRP, SIT & FAT.
• Co-ordinate end-to-end testing requirements will be related to PMO Agile Sprint Release, patch migrations and support break/fix migrations.
• The secondary responsibility of this position will be to resolve incident from Project/Development functional teams in non-Production environments.
• This position requires Expert level knowledge in Oracle SCM Setups, Module configuration and Business impact, Business Process Re-engineering, Solution Design and Business Process mapping, application Testing and communications.
• Support experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle Applications modules in Release R12: Order Management (ATO, PTO flows, etc.), Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory, Shipping, Configurator and Oracle Quote
• 8-10 year s experience with Oracle EBS with at least 6+ years in a Global Oracle Apps ERP Environment including issue analysis, Setups and system configurations.
• Should have strong Knowledge in Supply Chain Management Business Processes and Oracle configuration such as Purchasing, Inventory, Bill of Material, Engineering, Costing, Advanced Product Catalog, Enterprise Asset Management and Quality
• Should have a strong understanding of Demand to Release and Plan to Build Cycles
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle ASCP
• Should have good Knowledge on Business Scenario with Star Parts, Model Configuration, ATO, CTO, PTO
• Good to have an understanding of Interfaces (inflow and outflow) touching PM &CRM Modules
• Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and principles of performance analysis (trending, root cause and gap analysis)
• Guides others to identify issues with the quality and performance of products, services, solutions or proposes improvements
• Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
• Self-Motivated / Team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Review the test cases for requirements testing.
• Update/Create the test scenario based on the requirement
• Strong interpersonal, communication, Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Takes ownership of issues and resolution at the instance level
• Ability to Perform analyses to identify process improvement opportunities and support on automation of the business process
• Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production.
• Ability to create functional and regression test cases for relevant changes from user requirements
• Ability to co-ordinate across (Automation & Manual )Test Analyst Team and Business Users in CRP/SIT/FAT activities
• Proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency
• Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution.
