We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Edelweiss Personal Wealth Advisory as part of the Digital Platforms and Products team.

In this role, he / she will report into the Senior Product Manager and will be responsible for gathering requirements, briefing development and testing teams, planning and co-ordinating releases and taking sign offs from respective stakeholders for releases.

The role will include sprint planning, requirements gathering and documentation, managing JIRA and Confluence pages for digital products, co-ordination with platforms, design, dev and testing teams as well as external vendors.

Primary platform being managed will be Edelweiss.in with opportunities to work on products related to trading, investment, payments and reporting.

Role includes but does not limit to:

• Take ownership of various digital products in above domains and take the product from requirement gathering to go live.
• Ensure strict adherence to release checklist including taking sign offs from testing, analytics, compliance, product manager etc.
• Plan for releases in fortnightly sprint planning meetings and help prioritize backlog for Web, payments and reporting 
• Own and operate certain cross platform projects which will impact Web, Mobile APP and Desktop EXE platforms along with peer Business Analysts
• Update JIRA/Confluence with relevant user stories, designs, test scenarios and keep backlog prioritized

Preferred Qualities:

• Be an enthusiastic team player with a go-getter attitude
• Have an engineering background or have worked in digital products / platforms space
• Have an appreciation for technology and an enthusiasm to build and improve on existing release processes
• Basic knowledge of stock markets preferred but not mandatory
• Be respectful, communicative and willing to work with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Organized, committed and reliable
