Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Familiarity with clinical trial data as well as our current Data Review processes (for both DMs and MDRs)
- Familiarity with accessing clinical trial data using Rave, Data Central and Analytics packages
- Work closely with product managers and data scientists to provide the required ground truthing
- Medical knowledge to make assessments for ground truthing
- Work with product management team to categorize and prioritize the tasks as per the requirement
- Act as an SME for reviewing the AI/ML outputs and provide insights on improvement of AI/ML models
- Combine clinical trial knowledge and user input to document business requirements in a manner to effectively communicate with development engineers so they can deliver intuitive solutions that fully meet user needs
- Participate in agile methodology meetings including stand-ups, future planning, etc
- Support key use case development through user interviews, observations, and industry knowledge and research
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- College Degree highly desirable
- Experience in CRO / Life science is Mandatory
