Job Location: Mumbai (All Areas)
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with various departments to collect business data to complete timely
analysis
• Take ownership of data extraction, processing, cleansing, and verifying the
integrity of data used for analysis
• Design, develop, and deploy KPI goals and dashboards, build data-based insights
(qualitative and quantitative) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of
business and data processes
• Perform root cause analysis of potential problems and provide effective
resolutions
• Assess existing markets, ancillary markets, macro-economic trends, industry and
competitive landscape in terms of analytics trends
• Design the business analytics framework & roadmap (with specific focus on credit
risk analytics for Corporate and SME lending), manage analytics projects and
programs, including influencing and aligning stakeholders across senior
management
• Support business teams in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and
education/training on processes and tools (in collaboration with central teams)
• Work with business teams to decide on dashboard design, sample size, analytics
methods used, model testing criteria, etc.
• Own the quality of Analytics deliverables including documentation
• Lead the validation & monitoring of model performance post its deployment
• Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for
building analytic systems
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
MS Preferred
• MBA degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience • 1 to 5 years of proven experience in analytics
