• Good knowledge of SQL and table linking concepts. Able to learn HIVE tables data extraction
• Excel: Able to basic functions and build pivot repot
• Good Data Analysis skills – Able to find data from Database, link with unstructured Data like documents, Id, Company documents
• Able to use web applications to find customer specific data and export to excel
• Good written and oral communication.
• Able to answer customer queries with accuracy
• Follow SOP with accuracy and minimize re-work
