Product Owner cum Business Analyst:

The primary responsibilities of this position will include performing detailed requirement analysis, feasibility study, project management, project planning & amp; execution, documenting processes and performing user acceptance testing. Product Owner / Business Analyst should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users in a simple, clear & unambiguous manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Instil trust, confidence and coordinating with internal customers, cross-functional teams, developers and other stakeholders in the process to align with product requirements
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing & implementing solutions.
• Working with multiple teams in a cross-functional environment to deliver quality functionality/features to internal clients
• Lead the planning and review activities for the teams, and ensure the right features are being developed
• Provides business decisions for alternative designs Accept / Reject stories
• Translate functional and technical product roadmap into backlog stories using natural language, simple, clear, unambiguously, and concisely
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of every effort/activity analyzed.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, vendors, and all key stakeholders.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans and monitoring performance for timely completion.
• Refine the agile methodology based on results and client feedback.

Job Specifications:

• 2+ years experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst in Cab aggregator / Ecommerce / Retail or any other product domain.
• A bachelors degree in business / IT or related field or MBA.
• Smart, dynamic fresh MBAs with a good analytic mindset are also welcome to apply
• Agile knowledge/experience.
• Requirement gathering experience.
• Analytics mindset.
• Ability to convert user requirements into stories.
• Ability to prioritize between conflicting priorities.
• Excellent reporting skills for providing ongoing visibility to stakeholders on product delivery status and future delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, critical thinking, strong verbal and written

communication skills

• Familiarity with agile is a plus
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent project management and documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
