• Knowledge or Experience in the Development of functional documentation including process maps, road maps, current-as is-future, change management, and risk assessments.
• Plan and facilitate activities to document and validate requirements for technology and business solutions.
• Facilitation of user training and workshops to deliver solutions to both external clients and internal teams.
• Min experience on Conducting detailed analysis including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, sponsor identification, and training needs analysis.
• Provide support and contact regularly to stakeholders – take charge of relationships and ensure end-user satisfaction on progress.
• Complete analysis and documentation of requirements and translation of business need to technical requirements.
• Solid communication skills both verbal and written with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Proven ability to work within deadlines, manage interdependencies and priorities work, whilst maintaining a high degree of quality.
• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assimilate information.
• Knowledge or min Experience in data models and reporting packages
• Ability to analyses large datasets
• Ability to write comprehensive reports

Data Analyst Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong Data Visualizations skills is must.
• Experience or certification data visualization layer such as Tableau or PowerBI (Power Automate, Power Apps),
• Collecting and interpreting data
• Analyzing results
• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes
