Atleast 8-12 years of PC Insurance and preferred if candidate is having Reinsurance experience
Should have core insurance domain process knowledge in any at least one of the functional areas like
o Accounting
o Claims
o Policy administration
o Underwriting
o Reinsurance
Candidates with only sales/marketing/customer service background in insurance will be rejected
Having software product development experience is a plus
Experience in defining/documenting business requirements
Ability to understand/follow/define processes of end-client business operations
Experience in working with use cases, specifications, process flows, data models, test cases etc.
Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to programmers/technical team from IT angle
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, presentation, and facilitation
Preferred experience in pre-sales, RFP, RFI responding, providing demo to prospects and generating workflows of product functionalities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good analytical skills
Domain certifications like III, INS, CII, CPCU preferred
