Job Location: Jaipur
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage all the aspects of the sales process including lead generation, lead management, qualification, evaluation, closing new business, and account care
2. Source potential customers through referrals, existing clients, corporate activities & telecalling
3. Maintain your lead and sales score on CRM on a regular basis
4. Ensure proper follow-up through for closure by correct documentation & sales process implementation
5. Coordinate with the business team to collect, analyze and document business and functional requirements
6. Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of the software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements
7. Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements
Skills & Requirements:
1. Expertise in understanding, specifying, communicating, and documenting IT-related business/customer requirements and creating specifications
2. Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
3. Strong data analysis, modeling, and prototyping skills
4. Quick learning, problem-solving, analytical and research skills
5. Should be a proactive, enthusiastic, and excellent team player
