Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Bachelors Degree in Data/Computer Science preferred, or the equivalent relevant experience required.
- At least 5 years of HR Functional, Process Knowledge and Big Data experience – preferably with SuccessFactors (EC, Application Tracking System, On-Boarding, Performance Management) using canvas, tables or stories and integration requirement gathering as well as understanding how to navigate system role-based permissions to view access in system.
- Prior experience working with PowerBI desktop and server.
- Ability to translate complex data into digestible visualizations and stories for the business to drive insights through data.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, organize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Data management skills – hands on experience with very large data sets using SQL or other technology Survey Administration and Development skills – preferably with Qualtrics.
