Job Location: Mumbai
Role:
- S upports Senior Management in Reconciliation, Bid updation, operation, finance F PA team in data Warehousing, day to day operations reporting providing base for operational and finance review, management dashboard etc .
- Help in automation of process with VBA, python, macros
Essential Responsibilities:
- Financials analytics (Revenue , Costing and Variance analysis)
- Reconciliatio n
- Bid updation
- Day to day operational reporting
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a period ic basis.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation
- Prepare monthly financial management reports including financial statement summaries and financial and operating KPI s
- SAP postings, data extraction, reconciliation
- Coding (VBA) to run macros, python knowledge for recon and automation
Excellent communication skill
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic ideally with some analytical responsibilities
- Full time MBA preferred
- Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of any industry specific accounting, finance
- Must be excellent and proficient with Microsoft Office and VB A, python
- Candidates must be motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and deta ils is key
- Strong follow through and able to anticipate issues before th ey arise
- Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently
- Excellent critical thinking skills
