Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
2. Experience of working in Agile-based projects with experience on JIRA, DevOps, Trello.
3. Good communication skills and global experience are a must.
4. Ability to manage end-to-end Product Development projects with minimal supervision and effectively drive requirement workshops with Stakeholders.
5. Candidates like- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner (good to have).
6. Experience in process modelling and business architecture.
7. Ability to independently conduct process workshops and define and document As-Is and To-Be processes.
8. Knowledge of multiple domains will be helpful but not a mandatory requirement.
9. Should have led end-to-end engagements involving Digital product development and delivery, Process documentation, standardization, optimization, and improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
1. In your role as a Business Analyst, you will be expected to work closely with the business team, stakeholders on Digital Products from project initiation to roll-out and support.
2. Applying Business Analysis skills to discover the Business and user needs of stakeholders and create the right Digital Product backlog that addresses them in the best possible way and drives the projects with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills will be required in this role.
3. Should be able to analyze product requirements and document them in the form of User Stories, maintain a Product backlog for the Products lifecycle.
